TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Life Coach Support Network; hereafter referred to as LCSN, is subject to the following terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions may change with or without notice by publication to the LCSN newsletter and discussion board. Payment of the membership fees constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Your membership fee grants LCSN permission to collect and publish your profile information within its Directory of Coaches, correspond with you electronically and via postal mail and to market your services accordingly. A $50 non-refundable administrative fee must be paid in addition to the monthly membership fee prior to a listing's inclusion in the Directory of Coaches.  Life-time memberships include the $50 administrative fee. LCSN reserves the right to modify and/or deny any request and submission to the LCSN directory.

LIFE-LONG LISTINGS ARE CONSIDERED FULFILLED AFTER A PERIOD 0F FIVE (5) YEARS OR UPON THE TERMINATION OF THE MEMBER'S PRACTICE, WHICHEVER IS SOONEST. SHOULD THE LIFE COACH SUPPORT NETWORK DISBAND DUE TO INACTIVENESS OF MEMBERS, FINANCIAL DISPARITY, UNFORESEEN TECHNOLOGICAL BARRIERS OR ACTS OF GOD; CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS SHALL BE DEEMED FULFILLED. HOWEVER, AT NO TIME WILL ACTIVE, VALID LISTINGS BE REMOVED SHOULD LCSN REMAIN AN ACTIVE RESOURCE AFTER THIS 5-YEAR-PERIOD AND FOR THE LIFE OF THE LCSN.  ONLY INVALID LINKS AND CLOSED BUSINESSES SHALL CONSTITUTE A REMOVAL FROM THE LCSN DIRECTORY. LCSN ADMINISTRATION WILL PERFORM DUE DILIGENCE TO VERIFY A LISTING REMAINS VALID PRIOR TO ITS DELETION.  SHOULD YOU FIND UPON REVIEW OF YOUR PROFILE LISTING THAT INFORMATION HAS CHANGED OR IS INCORRECT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY LCSN IMMEDIATELY ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY BELOW.

In exchange of your agreement to these terms and conditions of membership as demonstrated by your completed payment of member fees and registration, LCSN will provide:

• Publishing of a 50-word bio in the Directory of Coaches in addition to your photo, up to two links and contact phone numbers

• Access to the LCSN Group on LinkedIn for participation in discussions, networking and sharing of coaching industry news

• Discounted admission to LCSN hosted events and trainings

• Focused search engine marketing of your bio

• Rotation in our "Featured Coach" section of the home page which includes a spotlight in the LCSN newsletter during the month you are selected

• Ability to submit articles, events and trainings for possible publication and announcement on the LCSN site, discussion board and newsletter

• FREE copy of The 7 Lies of Network Marketing by Ann Sieg

• Use of the LCSN member logo on your websites and blogs

• Affiliate earning opportunities

• And other benefits as they are added.

The reporting of earnings resulting from referrals are the sole responsibility of the member. Members will be paid a one-time $5 USD referral fee for every new member registration that includes the referring member's assigned member number.  New members must include the referring member's assigned member number on the registration form in order for the referring member to receive credit for the referral. Referral payments will be submitted to the referring member's PayPal account upon completion of the newly referred member's addition to the Directory of Coaches. Should any US member earn $600 USD or more within a given calendar year, a 1099-MISC will be issued. No other reporting is available to members outside of the US at this time.

Your privacy is important to us. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the LCSN website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our e-newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by viewing your member listing in the Directory of Coaches and/or contacting our membership team.  You must include your assigned member number in every correspondence.  We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
